Some games are not free and after a period of time you need to buy them. The pin is exactly the serial number issues to you after you complete a purchase for a specific game.
"My HP Games" is a free personal WildTanget ORB console. Having it you can choose and download trials of games from Wild Tanget, Nickelodeon and PopCap, or buy them.
Try to access Control Panel from the Start menu and go to Add or Remove Programs. Identify My HP games on the list and click uninstall; but be sure to select Repair instead of uninstall. It seems there is a bug with the user path. Select repair and wait for the process to finish, then restart the computer.
There is no need to activate the game. Install it and make sure that the CD is in the drive. This operation is practically the activation procedure: the game requires the CD in the drive to run properly.
